To achieve annual sales Budget and other duties include, but not limited to:
Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategy, based on knowledge of customer/market and their buying patterns
Formulate, direct and coordinate sales activities to promote Turret Business
Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of sales staff and oversee their daily activities
Developing customer relationships through the sales staff and to ensure all needs are met from pre- to post sales by actively reviewing processes and reporting to division head
Responding to customer or field staff's inputs, product requests, and application issues
Negotiate contracts with customer and distributors to manage product supply, establishing distribution networks and developing customer reach strategies
Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging
Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows
Consult with customers to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand
Knowledge and Experience:
Educational Qualification: degree in Mechanical engineer or related discipline.
Having experience in selling products to Machine tool OEM for 5 years either directly or thru channel partners.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Experience in leading team and managing their day to day activities.
Frequent travel throughout sales territory is necessary.
